GOLD SPONSORSHIP – € 3.500

As an exclusive Gold-Sponsor you will have the conference dinner and one of our excursions included for 2 attendees. Gold-Sponsors will be mentioned in the congress newsletter (sent via email to all registered attendees). The logo of Gold-Sponsors will additionally be published:

• At the congress website;

• As a full-page advertisement in the conference programme/proceedings (electronic);

• At display boards round the registration desk area

• At display boards round the entrance area of the coffee breaks.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP – € 2.500

Silver-Sponsors will be mentioned in the congress newsletter (send via email to all registered attendees). The logo of Silver-Sponsors will additionally be published:

• At the congress website;

• As a half-page advertisement in the conference programme/proceedings.

EXHIBITOR-PACKAGE – € 1.750

Interested companies may present their products at the conference. The following services are included:

• The exhibitor’s logo at the congress website www.isae2024brazil.com and a small advertisement in the conference programme/proceedings;

• 8 m² floor space at the conference venue including desk, poster board and power supply, which will be also used for poster exhibition and coffee breaks, and is located in close vicinity to the lecture halls.

We sincerely appreciate any kind of support, and suitable donations are also welcome (gifts, coffee breaks, discounts or waiver of registration fees). If necessary, we will be happy to tailor our offer to your specific needs, desires, or demands. The opportunity to include folders, leaflets, or other types of printed informational material in our congress starter kit is limited.

 

We ask all sponsors to provide a high-quality logo. Sponsor’s and exhibitor’s packages include registration fees for 2 person each.
